After being successful at this year’s international Constantinus Award we had a chance to exchange the background around the successful project with Mrs. Kaipel-Zaffalon, Head of Management Contracts, Reward & Mobility at Mondi AG, Paper and Packaging Industry who participated herself as an active participant at the program.
The program called “Sustaining your performance” supports the Mondi AG management team to keep the performance, recharge the energy for more productivity and keep employee satisfaction high.
As she already participated three times herself, the personal experience was shared and could be used as a good example of the program value for the other attendee. Especially after the second 24hr HRV measurement she explained, that the focus went back to strengthening the recovery capabilities. A personal coach supported the program with interventions and exercises which also proofed the desired results.
Due to the success in Austria the program was extended to several other countries like Sweden, Germany and the CEE region.
After the healthy breakfast, including the homemade AUTONOM TALENT® Muesli, the group was ready to head back through the cold weather to their working environments.
