“Sustaining your performance“ – MONDI AG“
This innovative program received an international award in 2016
2016 was rich in Awards for AUTONOM TALENT programs, but the nomination to the Constantinus International Award 2016 in Toronto and thereby international recognition stands out.
“This award is a highly sought after distinction for exceptional achievements when it comes to consulting.”, this is how UBIT-chairman Alfred Harl explains the significance of this global award.
The award also went to a client of the programme, Mondi AG. The “Sustaining your performance“ programme has been helping the managers of Mondi AG sustain their performance, increase their energy for more productivity and satisfaction at the workplace for over six years.
We are proud to be able to announce, that Mrs Mag. Kaipel-Zaffalon, MBA, Head of Management Contracts, Reward & Mobility, Mondi AG and also a participant of the programme will tell you more about her own experiences with the programme from Global HRs perspective during the Business Breakfast.
After that, Ewald Glöckl, Sales CEE Partner, FRANCON GmbH, will enlighten us on how the importance of programs like “Sustaining your performance“ for companies in the new world of work lies. Practical Business-Case examples, supported by an ROI calculation document the use of the investment.
A pre-Christmas breakfast will be ready for you, get a peek into the internationally recognised and award-winning programme, discuss the use and possible ROI with the speakers.
