Ten Years ago, Mag. Andrea Ristl founded AUTONOM TALENT®, with the slogan “Measure potential, Develop talent, Ensure performance.” and hereby laid out the foundation for what is now an internationally active corporation. It started in 2006 with scientific research, aimed at further supporting the merits of the 3-Step method and the talent recognition, supported by heart-rate variability monitoring. April 2009, AUTONOM TALENT® opened its new offices on Mariahilfer Strasse, in Vienna’s city centre. This is where many of the most recent major national and international projects with well-known clients such as Mondi AG, Bilfinger SE, the northern Austrian government, SCA Hygiene, Asfinag were started and worked on.
The way the International expansion works is by the means of a licensing system. Our partners in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Germany, Malaysia and Australia have already worked on and finished many successful projects. This year’s partner’s meeting hosted lively exchange between different markets and the presentation of a new recorder as well as the planning of next year’s game plans added to the programme.
In order to celebrate the company’s anniversary, Mag. Andrea Ristl and her team of clients, employees and partners hosted a party in Styria’s countryside in Fischbach’s village hotel. From the afternoon onward, the first guests were invited to participate in a “Eisstockschiessen” competition, to demonstrate their skill on the ice. Hot tea and cocktails kept them warm despite the icy temperatures.
The hotel’s owner, Peter Fasching, opened the banquet and yielded the floor to Mag. Andrea Ristl after offering her a large bouquet of flowers. The company’s founder briefly outlined her plans for the company’s future after giving everyone a look back at the company’s last ten years of development. Now however, its focus lies on a digitalisation offensive and plans to further expand the company’s licensing system into countries like Holland, Switzerland and Canada as well as intensification of current projects in Malaysia.
The new wireless recorder will offer AUTONOM TALENT® more comfort during measurements and the performance of efforts to like burnout prevention and determining psychological strain are being optimised constantly.
Exciting scientific outlooks, a look into the world of Work and Innovation were the topics of the three Keynote speakers. Mag. Christian-André Weinberger, CEO STRATEGY IMPLEMENTED GmbH, Mag. Johanna Hummelbrunner, the HR director of Bosch Group Austria and Dr. Serdar Savas, Gentest, Medical & Scientific Advisor captivated the audience with their presentations.
A festive dinner, a fantastic birthday cake and one final get together at the bar rounded out the celebration.
“We’ve achieved lot these last years, and we extend our thanks to our Employees and Clients, who supported us with their loyalty and made these last ten years of fantastic development possible.”
